2026 SEASONAL OPERATING DATES
POOL AND BEACHFRONT
Beachside Pool and Splash Ground: Open May 22 through September 7.
Heated Outdoor Pools: Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
Hours: 9:00 AM to Dusk. (Note: No lifeguard on duty).
Reminder: Please bring your own pool and beach towels.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
July and August: Café and Beach Bar are open daily (hours vary).
May, June, Sept, and Oct: Café and Beach Bar are open Weekends Only.
Watercraft Rentals: Available at hotel discretion based on weather.
GUEST POLICIES AND ARRIVAL INFO
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-In: Begins at 4:00 PM. If you arrive early, you may register at the Front Desk, collect your wristbands, and begin using resort amenities immediately.
Check-Out: 10:00 AM. Guests are welcome to continue using the water park and facilities until closing time on their day of departure.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in.
PARKING
Primary Vehicle: One vehicle is permitted near your unit (Green Parking Pass required).
Additional Vehicles: Please obtain a Red Parking Pass from the Front Desk and use our secondary parking lot.
SMOKING AND PETS
Smoking/Vaping: All rooms are 100% Non-Smoking and Non-Vaping. A $350.00 deep cleaning fee applies to tobacco or marijuana use in rooms.
Animal Policy: No pets allowed. Service animals must be registered at check-in. Unregistered animals will result in reservation termination without refund.
GRILLS AND TENTS
Grills: Not permitted on porches or near buildings. Please use the designated barbequing area.
Tents: Pop-up tents are permitted in the picnic area only; they are not allowed on the beach.
HOUSEKEEPING
Express Service: Housekeeping enters daily to replenish towels and remove trash. For total privacy, please display the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door handle.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
Deposits: A deposit for the first night of the stay is processed on the day of booking.
Cancellations: Cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival for a refund (minus a $50 fee).
Modifications: Changes made 14+ days prior to arrival incur no fee.
Early Departure: Guests checking out prior to their confirmed date are subject to a one-night room and tax fee.
